Audrey Costilow
Assistant Director/Game Creator
Audrey Costilow is from Amherst, Ohio and one of the Original Improvaneers. Like Nick, her passion and dedication quickly led her to being a team leader and trusted player in the troupe. Audrey loves performing and teaching. She is currently employed at Mercy Health Center as a Sterile Processing Technician and a teacher’s Adie in the Amherst Schools.
In her role with The Improvaneer Method, Audrey serves as an Assistant Director of the Online Improvaneer Method programs. In her time with The Improvaneer Method she has:
Traveled on a week long Midwest tour with The Improvaneers
Performed and put on workshops in Halifax, Canada
Performed in Fargo, North Dakota
Performed and presented a session on, “Yes, And!” at the Synergy Conference in Sandusky, OH
Performed for the Arc of Onondaga in Syracuse, New York
Performed at the Mount Vernon Art Consortium
Journeyed to Texas A&M University to assist in the direction of an Improvaneer Workshop for students in their Aggie’s Achieve program.

As game creator, she uses her job experience and creativity to develop new games for The Improvaneer Method. Audrey is an Original Improvaneer and member of the touring performance company for The Improvaneers. Audrey’s hobbies include dancing, acting, crafts, and researching TV characters.
