BELONG shines the spotlight on the distinctive ways in which we convey those gifts and talents through the lens of the arts. Join us to celebrate how the arts foster acceptance and inclusion. Join us as we celebrate our BGSU Improvaneers, who have just completed their first session! This class began in February, in partnership with BGSU Main Campus, and our grand finale will be a performance for the community! The performance will be held on April 17th from 5-6pm at the Student Union Theater: Bowen-Thompson Student Union, 1001 E Wooster St, Bowling Green, OH 43403.

In this 10 week, in person class, participants of all abilities

will receive research based improvisational instruction

proven to improve self determination skills. This class

will end in a performance featuring our new team made of

BGSU students and new improvisers from our

community. This performance will also feature members of The Original Improvaneer Performance troupe!

Hosted by The Employment Collaborative of Cuyahoga County

This program will use fun and engaging improvisation games specific to the skills needed for those nerve-wracking interviews to create a fearless, ready, and impressive candidate for any interview situation. We can also use this program to flip the script and build skills that will teach participants how to interview others!

The Improvaneer Method will be closed for Martin Luther King Jr. Day. No online or live classes will be held.

Today we honor, remember and celebrate Martin Luther King Jr. on his birthday, looking back on a impactful life of service, and quest for unity.

Our first Improv To Advocacy class! Thank you to Medina County Board of DD for supporting and helping to facilitate this brand new class!

The program is divided into four areas of development:

1. Introduction to Improvisation

2. Building Self-Awareness Skills

3. Decision Making and Being Decisive

4. Becoming a True Advocate

All instruction during this program involves games, interaction, and improvisation designed to build the skills addressed above.

Join us for a FUN workshop on the Bowling Green State University Campus! Led by Directors Ellie Radabaugh and Derick Cox, this is a taster of our larger Improvaneer Method Program! Come on out and see if what all the fuss is about!

Join us for a FREE workshop at Broadmoor School in Mentor OH!

Through our partnership with Lake County BDD/Deepwood, we are able to offer two workshops to try out The Improvaneer Method! Join us for a FUN and engaging Saturday of improv!

Each workshop includes 2 hours of improv followed by a 30 minute performance and a brief Q&A session!
