Just For Laughs! Performance
Another insane achievement for our The Improvaneers!!! The Improvaneers have just been selected to perform at the Just For Laughs Comedy Festival in Montreal, Canada! This is the largest and most selective comedy festival in the world!!! They'll be the first individuals with Down syndrome to ever appear on the festivals stages. Make no mistake, they will ROCK THIS SHOW and once again, prove to the world their limitless potential
Workshop @ ImprovCon San Diego!
This workshop uses improvisation to build skills that will greatly increase social, workplace, and lifetime opportunities in individuals of all abilities. The Improvaneer Method began in Ohio in 2018 initially for individuals with Down syndrome. We focus on a very structured "scaffolding" model of teaching where each game applies to one or more key skill sets, like problem-solving, eye contact, voice projection, adaption to change, teamwork, listening, and attention to detail. Once we've developed basic skill sets, the games advance to increase skill levels. This is all wrapped up in a very fun and engaging workshop.
The Improvaneers! Performing at ImprovCon San Diego!
The Improvaneers are the world's first all Down syndrome improvisation troupe. They have performed over 85 times throughout North America in front audiences as big as 3000. They are currently the stars of a documentary film called The Improvaneers soon to be released on a major streaming service. This troupe proves the value that improvisation can bring to all individuals regardless of abilities, and the performance will change perceptions unlike anything the audience has ever seen. Be ready for an incredible display of talent, comedy, and connection!

The Improvaneer Method’s CEO Rob Snow will be speaking at Massachusett Down Syndrome Congress’s Brighter Futures Conference in partnership with National Down Syndrome Society. The Improvaneers! will also be performing and presenting a workshop for conference attendees.
DSA of Connecticut Gala Performance
The Improvaneers! will be performing at the Down Syndrome Association of Connecticut’s Down syndrome Day Gala!
This is the associations 40th gala and is themed, “An Evening of Purpose!”

Wooster High School Best Buddies Presents The Improvaneers!
The World's first all-Down Syndrome comedy group is coming to WHS! The Improvaneer Method combines comedy sketches with improvisation skills to bring smiles, laughter, and inclusion everywhere they go. They just completed their Great Midwest Tour, performing in Columbus, Cincinnati, Chicago, and more! We are excited to host them at the Wooster High School Performing Arts Center (PAC) on Thursday, February 5th at 7:00pm. Doors open at 6:15. Light concessions and Best Buddies merchandise will be available for purchase. All proceeds will benefit the Wooster City Schools Best Buddies programs; who create, foster, and grow inclusion in our own school community.
