Rachel is a newly certified Improvaneer Method Director who is located in Akron, OH! She came to The Improvaneer Method through a mutual friend and original Improvaneer Method Director Kathleen Zion!

Rachel Berlan is excited to be joining the Improvaneers as a director! New to the role, she is looking forward to getting to know all of the participants and their families. Rachel believes this is truly an incredible program and feels lucky to be a part of the Improvaneer community.
Rachel graduated from Malone University with a bachelor’s degree in Education and has worked in the special education field for 12 years. Throughout her career, she has had the opportunity to work with individuals across a wide range of ages and abilities. One of the things she is most excited about in her new role is the chance to be goofy, creative, and have fun while building meaningful connections with participants.
Outside of work, Rachel has been married to her husband, Ray, for almost eight years and is the proud mom of two little girls who keep life busy and fun. She loves all things outdoors, including gardening, hiking, biking, boating, camping, and tending to the family’s 15 chickens.
Rachel is thrilled to be part of the Improvaneer community and can’t wait for all the fun, laughter, and meaningful connections ahead!
