Class Attendance:
- If a participant misses a class, the class will not be deducted from their account.
- Participants have the option to attend a make-up class.
Make-Up Classes:
- Participants who miss a class may attend a make-up class at their convenience.
- Make-up classes may not always be available for the same session/level. Therefore, participants can attend any make-up class that fits their schedule regardless of level and session.
Unused Classes:
- If a participant is unable to attend a make-up class, the missed class will stay in their account for later use.
Refund Policy:
- The Improvaneer Method will refund any classes they cancel through no fault of the participant.
- Classes missed due to the participant's schedule will not be refunded without a request and approval from the CEO.
- Upon request, The Improvaneer Method is happy to issue a refund to the purchaser if the participant is unable to use their classes moving forward.
Please note that all class packs are non-transferable and non-refundable once used. Refunds are only applicable for unused classes as per the terms mentioned above. The Improvaneer Method reserves the right to update or modify this cancellation policy as needed, and any changes will be communicated to participants in a timely manner.
